It's one disappointment after another, and we've only been doing this a month. Actually, not even a month!
The stupid seller refuses to take any FHA offers. Which most likely means that there is something wrong with the house that would prevent it from meeting FHA guidelines...however, it is rather upsetting to find this out only after we've taken the time to put in our offer. It was even more upsetting to find it out during a horrendous day at work.
So we continue to look. Unfortunately I am so picky about what areas I will consent to live in. I think we'll see a couple of houses this weekend. From the pics, I'm so-so on most of them, but maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised. Or maybe more people will list their houses for sale this week.
